It was a surprise for me when I called their customer support centre for the first time and now I will love to call them aptly as customer care centre. So was the mentality of the team in resolving my queries..

I was introduced to Wausau insurance through my friends and till date I have received prompt response from their customer service. Wasau insurance opens the window to whole world of insurance services like loss prevention, claims management and lots more. So, if you haven’t taken any insurance services till date, then the time is right to be a part of the family of Wausau insurance..

I was subject to the Wausau Nightmare with a Workers Comp claim. This company especially there claims adjusters need to learn compassion for the injured. They only care about there bottom line!.

I was subject to the Wasau Nightmare with a Workers Comp claim. This company especially there claims adjuster Debra Searcy needs to learn compassion for the injured. This woman had the nerve to LAUGH while I was crying from depression and chronic pain. Pain that she cause for not believing that my alignment of my right foot was still causing complications with my back fusion procedure. She did not believe that I was having blatter control problems, that I could not walk, and that every day I woke up in pain. After much arguing I finally convience them to do another MRI and it was found that I had scare tissue seeping into my ankel joints. Once this was removed the chronic pain and the blatter problem disappeared. I still can not walk since I had 720 points of nerve damage. They cut my benefits in June of 2005 and I was rated 11% impairment out of a max 15% rating in Feb 2006. But according to Warsau I should have returned back to work in 90 degree weather at the Houston Zoon 8 months after 5 major surgeries. They put me through hell for three years and even now I am requesting a scooter because I still can not walk for more then 5 min with out pain setting in. I can only walk slowly I can not lift anything over 10 lbs, and I still have problems sleeping and sitting. Her recent comment to me was yes I will have problems with Wausau in 10 years when my back fusion surgery will be need again. This company is the Devils spawn and should be shut down by the State Workers Compensation board. But then again what make them up but lawyers and other insurance adjusters. For Policy holders you have the Devil working on your side for those having to have them settle your claim GET A GOOD LAWYER THAT WON'T TAKE THERE CRAP!!!!!!!.

Hello Since Wausa took over the casino's it has been a nightmare for my husband and I. I need a certain treatment for my face which they will not perfrom and it's not cosmetic either. They denied me a tens unit for my spine for injuries from an auto accident right after they took over from our previous insurance for we would have to pay for it. I could go on and on. Wausua is more interested in saving money then caring for their customers. This is what they have proved to us without a doubt. I could say so much more but then I could see them denying up coming procedures we will be needing. They are an unfair company in all. Wausau.......go back to WI please. Kat.

Wausau customer service and claim dept needs to seriously correct the felonious practice that is occuring with its claims. For over a year now my client's claim have been repriced, claiming that we are in network providers. We have called numerous of times, sent letters from the so called network providers, had the network providers verify that we are not in their network and the problems continue to exist and new ones get started. When we call in we are treated in a defensive manner as if we caused the problem. No one will show or reveal any contracts to verify that this repricing is legit and no one offers any apologies that errors were made. Instead they take six months to a year to get clients payment corrected and some have not been corrected at all. Wausau request that we submit clients information to these networks that we do not know if they are legit or scam companies. This practice need to cease immediately and Wausau needs to address there failure to investigate these networks before giving out client and clinicians private and confidential information.
